Libby and Soledad Against the world

Libby doesn't want to be stared at anymore. Soledad is desperate for anyone to see her. A Latina and a black girl walk into a bar, does the sea of whiteness calmly drown them into silence and invisibility, or do the waves crash violently, as if to say "you don't belong.” They hold each other to stay afloat.

This is a devised theatre performance created as part of the McMaster School of the Arts Theatre and Film Honours Performance Series.
