Our first ArtBus Adventure in 2019 takes us to the Woodland Cultural Centre in Brantford. The Woodland Cultural Centre is a museum of excellence, opening doors to Southern Ontario’s First Nations past, present, and future. You are invited to join us for a guided tour of the Museum and Gallery.

The Woodland Museum has been established as an integral element of the Woodland Cultural Centre. The museum collects, preserves, researches, exhibits and interprets a collection of archaeological material, historical material culture, arts, crafts, documents and archival photographs. The museum offers direct services to the three support communities: Wahta Mohawks, Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte and Six Nations of the Grand River. There are over 35 thousand artifacts accessioned in the collections of the Museum. For more information about Woodland Cultural Centre visit their website here:

WHEN: Saturday, January 19th, 2019
WHERE: Departure from Seedworks Urban Offices (126 Catherine St. North) at 12:30 PM and return at 4:30 PM.
TIX: $12 (for HAC Members) and $18 (for Non-Members (children under 12 ride for FREE) $10 Mohawk and McMaster Students (please show your student card upon arrival)
