Rebecca Fera
Public Programs Officer

Rebecca's interest in the arts began as a youth pursuing the Royal Conservatory of Music's certificate programs in piano and vocal, and became more robust through arts education including a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from McMaster University, Visual Merchandising Arts diploma from Sheridan College and Museum and Gallery post-graduate studies at Georgian College. Rebecca has held positions at Halton Region Heritage Services, MacLaren Art Centre, Art Gallery of Ontario and most recently the Art Gallery of Burlington coordinating the inaugural Canadian Craft Biennial. She is driven personally and professionally by providing inclusive, barrier-free opportunities to engage with the arts. Having recently returned to Hamilton, Rebecca is excited to join the Hamilton Arts Council and to meet the members of our exciting arts community!
