We are elated to feature artwork every episode, courtesy of the AGH's Arts Sales & Services. This month's episode features, "Old Haunts no. 2" by Melanie Cheung.

Old Haunts no. 2 is by Melanie Cheung, a Hamilton based abstract artist. Her work delves into the elusive aspects of human experience, casting light on emotions that often defy explanation, subconscious thoughts and dreams. Utilizing fluid layers of paint and mixed media, Melanie's creative process merges thoughtful planning with intuitive expression, resulting in works that are both unassuming and impactful. Working with unique colour pairings and organic shapes as seen in this piece, Melanie seeks to capture the quiet narratives of our inner lives.
